The U.S. Army Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP) Training is offered through the Army’s EAMS portal. You will need a CAC to access this training. You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your CAC to complete this training and then it must be retaken annually.
Requires principal officials, Headquarters, Department of the Army and commanders of Army commands, Army service component commands, and direct reporting units to develop a process to track Threat Awareness and Reporting Program training (para 1-6g).
