7 sie 2023 · I try to complete setup using the HP Smart app but this doesn't work. When I turn on the printer, the i button flashes and the panel turns orange. Any suggestions?
Then when I finally got it to accept a print job, the printer itself simply says 'Printer Setup Incomplete' and basically asks me to continue set up on the home screen of HP Smart. The home screen offers me nothing to set up further, however.
25 lis 2020 · I was able to go through the HP Smart App on Win10 and set it up. However, when it gets to the the part where I print a test page, the printer shows the above error. I've tried power cycle, forgetting the printer in HP and windows 10, more power cycle, and reinstalling.

7 gru 2019 · I keep trying to put in my number in my profile and it keeps saying it's "Not a valid team member number" I've added four zeros to the front of the number too and it didn't work. I tried closing the app and opening it and trying to put it in again and nothing.
