For the last like 3 days I’ve tried to contact customer care and have been met with insanely long hold times, or I get the message that they are closed. Additionally when I do get someone on the line it’s always like India or the Philippines. Did they shut down all of the US based call centers or something?
They used to have the best customer service, but lately it's been pitiful. Not only are the wait times long (which isn't a terribly big deal only because they have a "call you back system"), but the knowledge and helpfulness of the agents has gone downhill dramatically.
Customer Service: T-Mobile has some of the most friendly customer service representatives that I've ever spoke to. They actually did their best to answer my questions, and were always polite and friendly.
