I have two screens (1920x1200 and 1600x1200) and dragging windows around is quite slow. Playing 1080p video playback stresses the system a lot, although it shouldn't be an issue at all (6 core Intel Core i7 3960X with 32 GB RAM).
3 gru 2022 · Windows has the Performance Option set to use the Intel Arc card and the Power Saving Option is set to the NVIDIA card. Those two need to be swapped so that "Let Windows Decide" works correctly.

22 gru 2014 · In Windows 7 and later, you can access the "advanced" power options, and it would present you with a list of all the various components in the laptop and how much power they should get while plugged in as opposed to while on battery.
The long way to get there is to go to Start, right-click on "Computer", choose "Properties", then select "Advanced System Settings". A slightly shorter way is to go to Start, type in "Adjust", then select the "Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows" option.
