After lots of research I found a solution for this problem. The reason that this happens is because of HDD, the epic games launcher will download and install at the same time and HDD is making it very slow even when your install location is not in HDD.

I've had issues with downloads on Epic Games for over a year. Speeds would be around 100-400 kb/s at max. Often drop to 0 and just stop. Every "fix" I've found online didn't do anything for me sadly. Today I tried uninstalling cfosspeed, I'm pretty sure MSI Dragon center installs it.
