Sylvia Manor is a good hotel in downtown Bacolod. PROs: easy access to shopping, new, friendly staff, good food. CONs: street noise can be very loud, no pool, more expensive. Room Rates: PP1990-8000. I was in the PP3200(US$70) deluxe twin room which was nothing to write home about.
