6 kwi 2023 · Registration is NOW OPEN for URBAN SWIM CLE classes for ages 4+ located at the Euclid High School Pool! Learn-to-Swim classes begin the week of April 10th and lessons will take place weekly (1x a week) for 6 weeks at Euclid High School Pool on the following days:
Urban Swim CLE is an extracurricular athletic swim program founded by local residents designed to teach life-saving skills and developmental swim skills. Our program is currently located at Cumberland Pool in Cleveland Heights during the Summer months and Euclid High School in Euclid during the Fall and Spring months.
Great Waves Aquatics and the Euclid Schools collaborate to provide free lap swimming to Euclid Community members Monday through Thursday from 6am - 8am. There will be no lap swimming on days that school is not in session. Great Waves provides swim lessons on Tuesdays and Thursday from 5pm - 7:30pm.

These youth or adult swim lessons teach personal water safety and help students achieve basic swimming competency by learning two benchmark skills: swim, float, swim—sequencing front glide, roll, back float, roll, front glide, and exit—and jump, push, turn, grab.
