12 cze 2023 · Looking for recommendations on a rod building kit. Mudhole and getbit are the two I’m looking at but not sure if one’s better than the other or more user friendly etc. or if there’s a better route to take. Any advice and things to consider are appreciated.

16 maj 2021 · It will be used as a drum rod spring and fall with double duty as a summer shark rod. Looking for any feedback as far as action, stiffness, etc. I am sure it’s not going to throw 20oz., but can it handle 10-12 and a chunk/head?
I especially love fishing for sharks! I'd like to build a rod combo that can handle any size shark whether I'm down in Galveston or South Padre or Florida. What I'm looking at is either a 12' Ugly Stik big water or a Penn Carnage 2 for the rod.
