Depends on which store. But if it says it's a PS3 title rather than a PS2 Classic, then it's the HD "remaster". On the UK store, to get the PS2 port you need to get the "GTA Trilogy", which comes with III and Vice City.
1 lip 2019 · Now Recently Vadim M has shown and said it is very very easy to make/use modded scripts on the PS3 version and even showed his custom script in game, with a picture on twitter. I asked him how he accomplished this, with no reply and i doubt i will get one which is kinda sad:(

However, with 10+ years of experience modding San Andreas, I've decided to make the ULTIMATE MODDING GUIDE for the game.
My guess is he wants to know whether the digital version of GTA San Andreas (downloadable on PS3 from PS Store among "PS2 classics") is better than the original PS2 disc version. Note that GTA San Andreas is available for digital download only on PS3 in the US version of PS Store.
