Depends what "high bit rate" means, Funimation and Crunchyroll use relative high birtates (~8Mbit\s for 1080p) so you can ripp the streams from there either by hand via ffmpeg (they use simple m3u8 playlist) or you use one of the downloader manger for funimation or crunchyroll (my own downloader can do both ) 37. Mega downloads, 720p and 1080p HEVC encodes, lots of dubs/dual audio shows, fairly active. Next is Anime Kaizoku, which is similar, with large selection of Mega and GDrive DLs, but I've found that it sometimes lacks the stuff I want or hosts lesser quality encodes so I don't use it as much.

Hi, I have a 1080p monitor that supports HDR but I am forced to download movies in 4K HDR since everywhere I've seen, movies are only available to download in 4K HDR, not 1080p HDR and are quite large in size. It would be great if I could download them in just 1080P HDR to save the bandwidth.
