I've switched over to Okular on my home pc, but Sumatra Portable is one of my immediate downloads on work or school computers. Nine times out of ten, I just need a quick PDF viewer and Sumatra's the only one for the job.
Even the free version will let you edit PDF documents (with restrictions or a watermark) like digitally signing, etc... There are portable versions or installation ones (the later have integration with EXPLORER and OFFICE for PDF previews).
