SIS 9.0 Live Support. The Centers for Learning provides computer labs and SiS system support to all students. Additional offices are also resources for students and the contact list highlights them. Students can also contact the IT Help Desk for log-in and desktop support.
Step 1: Navigate to http://uml.edu/sis. Step 2: Click the Login button that best describes your privileges. Step 3: Use your login credentials and sign into your SiS Self-Service Account.
Use this username to gain access to SiS Self-Service, UMass Lowell email accounts, the wireless network, HR Direct, myAlert, MyParking, the Online Housing Gateway, VPN, Library Resources, Echo 360 Lecture Capture System, and many other systems.
