2 paź 2017 · The only connection between the oil tank and the crankcase on a Contra is the pulse hose. The pulse hose delivers impulse from the engine behind the oil pump diaphragm. So if you have bar oil getting into the crankcase, then you likely need to replace the oil pump diaphragm.
19 mar 2022 · It is almost like the oiler holes don't line up and the oil is squeezing out where it can rather than where it should. I have had this issue with both the rollomatic e bar (0.325 1.6mm) and the light 04 bar (0.325 1.3mm) running stihl synth plus oil.
The chain/bar oil tank has a vent - it’s silver and round about a quarter inch diameter. In the center of that is a spring loaded ball valve. That might be stuck open. Take a paperclip and see if you can push that little ball valve in a couple times to loosen it up so it closes. Edit: this thing.
