Seremban Railway Station is served by commuter trains to and from Kuala Lumpur's KL Sentral, up to Batu Caves, as well as a new Komuter service that started in October 2015 to Tampin. KTM Seremban is a major station on the Batu Caves - KL Sentral - Tampin Komuter Line / Route (Laluan).
The KTM Komuter Seremban Line covers 135km of rail tracks from Batu Caves to Tampin / Pulau Sebang with a total of 26 stations.

The KTM Komuter Southern Sector (Malay: KTM Komuter Sektor Selatan) operated from Seremban to Gemas following the completion of electrification works on that stretch. This was the second KTM Komuter service outside the Klang Valley after the northern counterpart.
Komuter’s top speed is at 175 km/h (109 mi/h), route connected to 57 stations. It consists of two lines, namely the Batu Caves – Tampin/Pulau Sebang and Tg. Malim – Port Klang lines. Transfers between the two lines can be done at Putra, Bank Negara, Kuala Lumpur & KL Sentral stations.
