4 cze 2022 · Immortal Call / Steelskin - how they work and what gems to support them with so, my question is: if you support a guard skill with cast on damage taken, when you take a hit, does the buff affect that hit, or just subsequent hits?

you need to take 5.2k damage, with a char that have over 5.2k life can use it to mitegate 3.6k further damage. Steelskin also have its inate cooldown of 3 seconds, and if you can get back over 5.2k life you should be able to proc it again.
The "Req lvl" is the level required for Steelskin, whereas "Supported lvl" is the level that CWDT can cast at its current gem level. The green colors is where Steelskin and CWDT Match in Required and Supported, and where one would correctly assume the best Dmg/Shield to be.
Flesh and Stone (sand stance for blind), immortal call (25%-34% less physical/elemental dmg taken), VMS/Molten Shell if you have alot of armor. Even for dodge based char, cwdt-phase run-immortal call is a good setup. I like using Steelskin linked with Empower and Increased Duration Support.

13 paź 2024 · Skill functions and interactions. Guard: Immortal Call shares cooldown with other Guard skills (Arcane Cloak, Steelskin, Molten Shell, Vaal Molten Shell, Bone Armour). However, according to gem text wording, Vaal Immortal Call is an exception. Vaal Immortal Call has been drop disabled and slated for a future rework.
