4 cze 2022 · so, my question is: if you support a guard skill with cast on damage taken, when you take a hit, does the buff affect that hit, or just subsequent hits? and what are the best support gems for a guard skill?
I recommend you use it with cast when damage taken, the higher level the more damage it absorbs. but you need to make sure that whatever level it requires is = or under the level CWDT says. Ex: Lvl 15 CWDT This gem can only support skill gems requiring level 65 (to use) or lower.
22 lip 2024 · Get two abyss jewels with shock and stun avoidance plus life, and craft stun avoid on gloves. Together with essence crafted boots you can hit stun and shock immune, then add Stormshroud later for full ailment protection.
Update: empower dosnt increase the level of CWDT, so you only need 3.5 to prog, Empower only increase active gem (steelskin) :) you need to take 5.2k damage, with a char that have over 5.2k life can use it to mitegate 3.6k further damage.

31 mar 2023 · There are several support gems setups that can enable your build to excel in different areas, but since all of them are Blue, they can easily be swapped in and out should you desire. For stronger enemies, Orb of Storms is also used to acquire Power Charges and Onslaught to really empower our output.
The "Req lvl" is the level required for Steelskin, whereas "Supported lvl" is the level that CWDT can cast at its current gem level. The green colors is where Steelskin and CWDT Match in Required and Supported, and where one would correctly assume the best Dmg/Shield to be.
