As part of changes to make early game combat more active, we're introducing the new Steelskin skill, and are changing Molten Shell and Immortal Call. So probably not intended to be that used by the top 0.01% of players that clear t16 maps in two minutes. Tuning early game where 100% of players actually play is good for ROI.
Level 20 cwdt requires 3.2k damage. Level 20 steelskin covers 2.2k damage at 70% mitigation, meaning you're taking up to 1k damage to life in that time. So as long as you have 4.2k life or more, L20 cwdt with steelskin is perfectly fine.
28 maj 2019 · In our lead-up to Legion's launch, we wanted to reveal more information about these skills and how they work! Steelskin is a new defensive skill which is available very early in the game. It instantly hardens your skin, granting a damage barrier that absorbs 70% of all damage taken.
Looking for a mouse left click or CWDT setup with a guard skill. Which one do you suggest? CWDT + IK+ Inc Dur? Self cast max level steelskin? Thanks!
