TWC offers three electronic methods for payment of unemployment taxes: Automated Clearing House (ACH) debit from a bank account. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Credit Card. Online payments are easy and secure through Unemployment Tax Services (UTS) or TEXNET Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system. The TEXNET system also allows payment by phone.

Unemployment Benefits Services allows individuals to submit new applications for unemployment benefits, submit payment requests, get claim and payment status information, change their benefit payment option, update their address or phone number, view IRS 1099-G information, and respond to work search log requests.
All “No Tax Due” reports due after Jan. 1, 2016 must be filed electronically. Taxpayers who paid $100,000 or more must report electronically through Webfile or EDI. Taxpayers who paid $500,000 or more for any specific tax are required to transmit payments using TEXNET.
