23 wrz 2024 · Section 419.909 adopts the most recent local fire code or the most recent fire code adopted by the fire marshal for any fire safety inspection required by a state or local law, rule, regulation, or ordinance.
Sec. 419.082. TRAINING FOR STATE AGENCY FIRE FIGHTERS. The commission may allow a state agency employee who provides fire protection to attend fire protection training programs conducted under Subchapter B, including an employee who is not regulated under Section 419.083.
