Star Trek. Doctor Noonien Soong, who was nicknamed "Often Wrong", was one of the Federation's leading cyberneticists during the 24th century. Soong was the designer of at least six Soong-type androids: Data, Lore, B-4, and a recreation of his wife Juliana, as well as two prototypes.
