Project Details. CNC Foundations recently completed a project in Downtown St. Louis at the proposed addition to Ballpark Village. Ballpark Village is a dining and entertainment district adjacent to Busch Stadium 3 where the St. Louis Cardinals play in downtown St. Louis, Missouri, occupying the site of the previous Busch Stadium.

My core analysis is prefaced by a review of relevant planning literature, including stadium costs and benefits, growth machine urban theory, equitable development, and community organizing; it is followed by a ruminative consideration of the ballpark village as a stadium development strategy.

25 sty 2019 · Hord Coplan Macht is leading the planning and design of Ballpark Village, an exciting multi-phase, mixed-use project in downtown St. Louis, Missouri adjacent to Busch Stadium, home of the St. Louis Cardinals Major League Baseball team. The project is being developed by The Cordish Companies.
The master plan for this seven-block area called for over 300,000 SF of urban retail and entertainment space, museums for the St. Louis Cardinals and Anheuser-Busch, the Bowling Alley Hall of Fame, a 200,000 SF corporate tower, two residential towers and a "loft" hotel tower.
