Customer Service: They are courteous, but don't seem like they really care about individual customers. For example, I booked well in advance and told them it was for a birthday surprise, and the receptionist called me two hours before our appointment to tell us one of our services would be cancelled--for the package that Spa Habitat had sold me on.

I have mixed emotions about spa habitat... Loved my herbal back therapy massage! The facial was ok. The customer device after they had my money was appalling. I purchased a facial scrub and after using it a few times I kept breaking out.
24 sty 2019 · I've actually been to the Plano location of spa habitat many times and had a good experience. Unfortunately, this past Tuesday will be my last visit there. I told my esthetician that I have rosacea and have sensitive skin. She used a product on me that literally gave my skin a chemical burn and my face looked and felt like it was on fire.
