24 sty 2019 · My complaint isn't really with the esthetician but rather the person I encountered when I went to return my products. She was not compassionate about my pain, never once said she was sorry and would only give me store credit for the products I purchased.

I have mixed emotions about spa habitat... Loved my herbal back therapy massage! The facial was ok. The customer device after they had my money was appalling. I purchased a facial scrub and after using it a few times I kept breaking out.
