As noted in the title, it is a "Sound Lab Mini-Synth Mark II", which is a design by the late Ray Wilson.My brother purchased a bare PCB, and the components, and soldered, and wired it all up.In addition to that, he also built the box, and made the front panel. The box is simply some laser cut plywood, and glue, fit together with some simple finger joints.
