10 paź 2014 · There IS NO PAPER JAM: THE PAPER JAM ERROR MESSAGE IS FALSE. Here's how it goes: The red error light blinks, a paper jam error message appears in the window, I pull out the paper tray enouigh to see that there is indeed no jam, push the tray back in, and printing proceeds.
This issue might be caused when the previous printer job is still there in Windows Printer Queue. I would suggest you to clear Windows Printer Queue and check if this fixes the issue. Follow these steps: a. Press “ Windows key + R ” from the keyboard. b. Type “ services.msc ” without quotes in the run window and hit Enter key.

First you must make sure that there is no debris stuck anywhere. If you have done this and there is still a paper jam, you could have this issue. The printer displays a 'Paper Jam' error, and tells you to remove the rear duplexer, and says that you may need to open the front cover too.
When I go to print, the printer status box keeps saying "paper jam" and it won't print, but there is no pape jam. I connected the printer to other computers and laptops I have, and the printer works just fine, so obviously there is NO paper jam.
