I’m quite new to updating firmwares on my a6000. I’m currently stuck at the “reset camera” phase of the update. The updater prompts me to “safely remove” my camera, but in doing so means the computer loses connection with the camera. Same goes if I just reset the camera. Lost connection.
Fails at step 1 of 3 33% resetting device. Astro command center restarts and after 1 min asks to install firmware update. This is the loop I'm stuck at. Currently can't use my astro because it wont charge. I've tried different things like : Hard reset 8 - 15 - 30 seconds. Download and uninstalling Astro Command center. * From the Astro website.
