Took a day trip to Solvang and loved our lunch here! Between two people, we ordered the top 4 sausages, fries, and a pretzel. This was just enough food for us and everything tasted amazing! The sausages are snappy and seasoned heavily without being too salty. It comes with pickled cucumbers which complements the flavor so well.

The sausage house is conveniently located in the middle of town and a good amount of seating (outdoors). We had two sausages on buns, potato salad , a pretzel and bacon. Everything was cooked well and flavorful and the sauce bar had lots of options. They have a good selection of German beer as well.
