Yesterday, I made a post asking if Gens Ace LiPOs are worth the money, and someone suggested I get a 7600mah SMC LiPO that I can get a TRX connector for, but I’ve done a bit of research and already have seen a lot of people saying the puff really bad.
I'm looking to choose the best quality lipo battery I can but making that determination is pretty difficult, at least as a newcomer. As a long time computer hobbyist I know it's easy to find independent reviews and hard data to use to make a decision.
I've heard a lot of talk about the SMC batteries swelling and not being reliable. I have a 6500 3s 150c and I LOVE it. The amount of power and speed is ridiculous compared to my other batteries. I've run it through a dozen times and have had no issues. It's also a great fit for my Vorteks.
