Locate the camp southeast of Fort Greymoor and defeat the Alik'r mercenaries. Take the key from Majid and recover the cursed Lord's Mail. Go to Kynareth's shrine at the Temple of the Divines to claim the Lord's Mail.
There's a guaranteed one on Solstheim on the Shrine of Kynareth between the Earth Stone and Bloodskal Barrow. Sometimes sold at Radiant Raiment in Solitude. Or go to a Stormcloak camp, quicksave and kill them all until you find one wearing it.
Gift of Kynareth is a quest in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition that is a part of the Lord's Mail Creation Club content. [?] Go to Castle Dour in Solitude where the Letter to General Tullius is located. By reading the letter it starts the quest.

Does anyone know where I can find an amulet of kynareth? "Dragonborn, huh? Was it your ma or your pa that was the dragon? -Hadvar" Have a good look in the Whiterun temple. You may get lucky....
IIRC there's an Amulet of Akatosh by the Skull of the Ancient Traveler at the top of the pass near Nightgate Inn & whichever Great Lift is near there (technically, when you go through Ironbind Barrow you actually go under the pass, since the exit is above the other side of the pass from the entrance).
There is an Amulet of Arkay on a table in Wayward Pass. There is a Amulet of Kynareth at the Shrine of Kynareth by Bloodskal Barrow and Raven Rock. Arkey: There's one at a shrine at the top of the mountain pass north of Nightgate Inn. If you clear Ironbound Barrow the exit is close to the top of that mountain pass.
