There is a paved lot at our main entrance as well as overflow parking for busy days. Vehicles: $6.00 (no extra charge for bikes or horse trailers) Bike/Walk-In/Horseback Ride In: $3.00
Skyline and Lower Skyline Trail. Begins from lower junction with Lake Marie Road, the River to Ridge Trail, and Buckeye Trail (239’ elevation). Brisk climb on main Skyline Trail, 16% grade (776’ elevation). Numerous ups and downs to the north end of the park (1010’ elevation).
Skyline Park is an 850-acre wilderness area at the southeast corner of Napa. It's managed by a non-profit organization formed to protect the area. You'll find lots of wildlife, including deer and wild turkey. Skyline has over 25 miles of trails for hiking, biking and equestrian use.
I had a hard time finding a RV park close to or in Napa through Google or or other means. The Skyline Wilderness Park is only about a mile from downtown yet you are at the foot of the nicest 22 mile of view trails anywhere. The park can take tents and 40' motor homes and yet feels very private with no noise.
