Skullcandy is basically the cheaper version of Beats with worse quality control and the material they used. Some of them are acceptable like Ink's D and Aviators but most of them aren't. The worst thing with this brand is, like I mentioned, the quality of the material they used.

Skullcandy SLYR Pro Review. I just wanted to share my experience with this headset, I love it, it sounds good with 3.5mm or USB connection, not the best bass response but really good clarity, coming from steel series arctis 5, arctis prime, and razer black shark v2 x.
Skullcandy is generally a lackluster brand when it comes to price/performance. That being said, there is a bit too much hate directed at Skullcandy, as they actually make a couple good cans.
