15 maj 2015 · A simple way to make extra space is to decrease the size of the margins. The default margins Word uses are 1 inch top and bottom and 1.25 inch left and right. That is much more than you need. In Word 97 use File / Page Setup / Margins (tab). Reduce the size of the margins and select OK.
