Very unhappy with the service provided over the phone. I spoke to a customer service advisor called jess, who sounded like she didn't want to help at all. All i needed help with is the budget for my sky tv, it was like getting blood out of a stone.

7 lis 2019 · Excruciating customer service. After 2 weeks, 3 engineer visits, 1 complaint raised and dozens of phone calls I still have NO BROADBAND. The reason being SKY have failed to escalate the issue and make Open-reach aware that they have put my account on the wrong pole.
