- Accessing SiS Self-Service
This page will provide new users with step by step instructions on accessing your SiS Self-Service account and also your UMass Lowell email account and password.
SiS is the campus database used to manage student academic data for admissions, registration, enrollment, billing and financial aid. Information available on the SiS database includes: Student self-service for course registration, academic records, billing, bill payments and financial aid awards.
The SiS application provides self-service functionality to to all faculty, students and guests. A variety of learning tools are available.
Students not currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program at UMass Lowell that are interested in taking a course should complete the following registration form: Undergraduate Day School Courses: Complete the Undergraduate Application as a visiting student.
Register for courses with your advisor, through the website, through the Registrar’s Class Search page, or through your SiS account. If you wish to register for a course during the second week of classes, you will need to contact the course instructor and request a permission number.
You will then be directed to the online Non-Degree Registration Form, a secure online form via DocuSign. Fill out the form with all relevant information including the course(s) for which you wish to register, and then sign and submit the form electronically via DocuSign.
