Instructions: . Pour ingredient and water into irrigation bottle up to the dotted line. Irrigate each nostril with half bottle of saline solution, 2 times a day (more than 2 times a day is also ok). While in the shower or over the sink, tilt your head forward to a comfortable level.
Dissolve the salt and bicarbonate in the cooled water. This can be administered using the Neilmed® Sinus RinseTM bottle or similar (eg a nasal irrigation Neti pot). If you find this overly strong, you can reduce the salt concentration to half as required.
