Just make sure to not delete any files and make a backup. After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin. Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again.

September 2023. Gallery hasn't worked since the first update that broke it, and the third latest update still hasn't fixed it for me. I don't have a newsfeed anymore and my favorites are missing. I'm still seeing multiple uploads. 5 people had this problem.
Check your mods and custom content. As with every new game patch, mods and some cc may become outdated. Move the mods folder to the desktop, clear your game cache and delete the localthumbcache.package from the Sims 4 folder to help with troubleshooting. Try loading the gallery again, to test.
10 wrz 2024 · Anyone else having an issue with the gallery ? I am currently unable to upload content. It states the server is unavailable and spins and i have to force quit the game.
18 gru 2023 · If the Sims 4 gallery is not working or connecting to the Internet, you must try a series of troubleshooting steps. Keep trying troubleshooting steps, and you will eventually find one fix that solves the problem.
Why are things missing from the Sim or house I downloaded from the Gallery? Sims and lots uploaded to the Gallery may contain custom or exclusive content. This content will be missing from your download if you don't have it installed to your computer.
