I figured out now that you can control the camera tilt by pressing cmnd + up and down arrows in the sims 3 camera mode, which is really helpful. But it would be great if it also worked with the left and right buttons, so you can completely control the camera angle just with those buttons.
The DX12 launch parameter might provide an FPS increase. Use "Windowed Full Screen" mode to prevent crashes when using DX12.
