If you still can't download the bundle, try pulling your entire TS3 game folder out of Documents temporarily. Then launch the game, just to the Main Menu—no need to create a new save—and a clean folder will spawn.
With saying that, I've run into issues their files. However, I was able to find a fix using the ContentPatch.package along with NonaMena's Ccmerged.package file added to my Overrides folder. Steam version doesn’t need origin and you can always download all of your store content on web. Store works just fine maybe it won’t in future but in that case ea version won’t neither. (Would recommend to save all of your files on usb or whatever if you can)
