Hello, I keep trying to buy in the rewards store with satisfaction points, but not working. It takes the points away but it’s not showing I bought anything. I click it over and over again and only takes points away, nothing else.
In the end, for store content to be store content according to the game, the game basically verifies the package type through their API, connecting to the store site. If the api is in some way offline, the game seemingly picks up on basically information inside the package.

Anyone who owns the Steam version of The Sims 3 may have encountered issues in the past with getting content from The Sims 3 Store to work with their game because the web browser cannot find the application associated to the protocol known as "sims3". Fortunately this can be fixed with some configuration.
10 paź 2022 · Store content not working on EA App - possible solution. Disclaimer: I use Steam, I don't have Origin or the EA app, so I have no way of testing it - but based on the thread it appears to work. If you try this, please post if it does/doesn't work.
23 gru 2022 · There are some possible fixes or work-arounds you might want to try. I posted about them here. If you choose to buy Sims 3 from Steam or find the game elsewhere online, you can still download and install the store content with the Steam version. If you find the game online, there are alternative ways to get and install the store content as well.
