Hello, I keep trying to buy in the rewards store with satisfaction points, but not working. It takes the points away but it’s not showing I bought anything. I click it over and over again and only takes points away, nothing else.
Store content not working on EA App - possible solution. Disclaimer: I use Steam, I don't have Origin or the EA app, so I have no way of testing it - but based on the thread it appears to work. If you try this, please post if it does/doesn't work.
If you'd rather not mess with the EA App and trying to install store content via the Sims 3 launcher. You can install it using .package files. From either Phantom's Google Drive or Blam's EA Store.
My game and store content work fine with the new EA App. I was having issues with the game no loading but I updated my storage and then it started working. I had this problem and what worked for me was to manually uninstall the Origin Sims 3 files from my computer. It's worked fine for me.
I feel so scammed because I believe some people got points for registering all packs and I was really hoping to at least get some from WA. I wanted to contact EA support but it does not work and my cases never get a response. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do to get those points? Thanks!

13 lut 2024 · If they're showing as installed but you still can't see the items in-game, here is a solution, posted from the EA site. It involves refreshing the entire Electronic Arts folder. (Make sure you back up Library, Saves, Video and Screenshots folder): https://answers.ea.
