That's a very useful keyboard shortcut in any program where you use multiple windows. Do be aware that you can use Safari as a tabbed browser.
With SharpKeys you can basically map any key to another key by adding the edit to its list. So you select "F12" for instance and add the "volume up" function to it. Save changes, restart your PC and voila: it works.
