I kept a few items and was going to try a few more boxes but their Customer Service policies are not good. I returned a box because all of the clothing ignored specific Dont's I had listed. Short Story contacted me after a month and said they hadn't received it and were charging me.

I would really like to try Short Story, but could not get the submit button to work--just kept spinning. And I can't get hold of them to see if the order went through. I can find no customer service phone number. I contacted them through their contact form, facebook messenger, and contact email and can't get a real person to answer me.
