However, if weeds are stubborn or numerous in your yard, you can fill them up with as much as 3 ounces per gallon for maximum effectiveness.

IMO, a topical application of HABITAT @ 3/4 oz per gal of mix-water, would have been a better option - since I doubt if a liquid 2,4-D topical-treatment will provide thorough root-kill of water-shield (granulars attack through the root-system).
24 mar 2012 · It says very clearly on the label: .5 to 4 pints per 100 gallons. 16 oz in a pint. So that's 8 to 64 oz per 100 gallons. 2 to 16 oz. in 25 gallons. Just throw about 8 oz. in there and you'll be OK.
27 cze 2012 · The application rate for 2,4D-Amine is a quart per acre. So you would need to add enough 2,4D at a quart an acre, for however many acres your spray rig will do. HTownAg98.
Most 2,4-D concentrates require mixing 1–5 ounces of 2,4-D per gallon of water. Review manufacturer labeling and mixing instructions. 2,4-D concentrate is sold at different levels of potency by different manufacturers, so the ratio that is appropriate for one 2,4-D product may not be correct for another.
4 maj 2023 · The recommended mixing ratio for 2,4-D is 2.5 oz of herbicide to 1 gallon of water. Add five tablespoons of 2,4-D into a gallon of water and mix well before spraying onto broadleaf weeds to kill them.
