Posts: 1. i have a 1.19.4 server that i host from my pc. when i try to use the server on my laptop, when running server.jar i get "a java exception has occured" popup, despite having the same java version on both pcs, java 8, and it works on my desktop, how do i fix this ?
You can download it here https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/#jdk20-windows If you're worried about having two different Java installations, then you can uninstall Java Version 8 and everything will work the same.

12 mar 2023 · If you have access to upload custom server JARs (FTP), download the Spigot JAR and enter in the name of the file via the JAR file input box located on the index of the panel. Some hosts may require you to rename your JAR to a specific name (like custom.jar) and then select it from the dropdown menu.

4 sty 2021 · The fastest way to fix this is to go to the Java Settings page on your NodePanel, select the correct jar file, and Save the setting. Alternatively, you can also rename the jar file to match what was is set in the NodePanel.
8 lip 2022 · Problem solved. IT IS the internet problem. Eventhough it failed when firstly install forge server/client, a folder named 'libraries' created in the target folder. Specifically, \libraries\net\minecraft\server, and it's empty.
