GB2sequin is a web application written in Java and JavaScript. It has implemented tbl2asn v25.8 for creation of Sequin files. GB2sequin parses the GenBank/ENA file and converts the annotation into a tab delimited annotation table ("five-column, tab-delimited feature table").
