My software on my new phone is up to date, as well as the sephora app. I️ even checked the date it was last updated, today. Why am I️ still having this problem?
I've been having a bunch of issues with the Sephora website, and I'm wondering if it's a general thing. I'm unable to use any link unless I'm on the Sephora homepage or I open it in a new tab/window (impossible for anything in the drop down menus) and when I pull up my past orders it won't load them.
In incognito tabs you can sometimes get messaging that the site is under construction/being updated, but otherwise app continues to have no cart or favorites with constant dialog errors, unable to purchase anything and no content showing up in both app and web.
