For the past 3 years or so i've been grinding hard clues in the hopes to one day finish the entire log. A few days ago I finally hit the massive milestone of 100,000 hard clues completed! Here are my clue stats, broadcasts specfically from hards and my entire hard log.
Level 3 to all capes updated (3rd of August 2019) guide. I think that's the most up to date spreadsheet. There's also Project Tenacity. Made by person who stated (I think) the whole "Level 3 to All Capes" thing. Project Tenacity is a dynamic account pathing system for RuneScape 3.

The Treasure Trail collection log book is a collection log and tool to help keep track of clue scroll rewards. It also tracks rewards received from the Giant Oyster, from spying penguin agents 001-007 in Penguin Hide and Seek, and from Sandy Clue Scrolls; but not rewards received from magical dice.
A clue scroll (master) is the highest tier clue scroll in the Treasure Trails Distraction and Diversion, in which a player follows a series of clues leading towards buried treasure. They are obtained by opening a sealed clue scroll (master) .

Clue scrolls are items that contain a step of Treasure Trails, a series of clues leading towards a reward casket. There are different levels of clue scrolls, including easy, medium, hard, elite, and master, each with progressively harder clues and better rewards.
