Warranty claims must be submitted by e-mail within 14 days of the defect’s occurrence, stating the registration number and all other relevant details, to service@selux.de. The original invoice showing the purchase date must also be submitted. Selux reserves the right to decline warranty claim if the original invoice cannot be produced. VI.
