3 gru 2022 · after long search for create multi select dropdown in flutter i found tow solutions. first one with custom class : Is there an equivalent widget in flutter to the "select multiple" element in HTML. scound one with the package : multi_select_flutter.
According to the HTML5 spec (dev.w3.org/html5/markup/optgroup.html#optgroup) the only permitted parent of optgroup is select, which suggest that no, this is not supported in HTML5. –

18 cze 2022 · Then the select box will be initialized and start iterating through the sorted array. It checks current category with previous one (prevOptGroup) and make a new optgroup if necessary. The hasPrevOptGroup variable keeps track on if there any previous optgroup element that need to be closed.
The <optgroup> tag is used to group related options in a <select> element (drop-down list). If you have a long list of options, groups of related options are easier to handle for a user.
