The seed bag is an item crafted using the Croesus spore sack and other resources from the Croesus Front. It can hold up to 40 types of seeds to the normal stack size limit. Level 85 Crafting is required to create a seed bag.

Plant pots are used in the Farming skill to turn tree seeds, fruit tree seeds, calquat tree seeds and spirit tree seeds into seedlings. With the appropriate Farming level and a gardening trowel in their inventory, a player can create a seedling by using a tree seed on a filled plant pot.
Herb: Run north to the building/covered area with ivy (dead east from lodestone then north) Fruit Tree: Northeast by herb and farming icon. Lletya- (Fruit Tree) -use crystal teleport seed. Herblore Habitat (Fruit Tree) -use juju teleport bag/Witchdoctor's mask/Jadinko slayer mask.
Seeds are items used to grow crops in the Farming skill. Seeds are planted in corresponding farming patches around Gielinor (or, in the case of trees, planted in a Plant pot first). Each plant, as it grows, has several times it can grant experience.
All item bags automatically put picked up items into the bag (herb bag, gem bag, spirit gem bag); this should be no different. The main times this bag would even be useful is during PVM, mainly slayer. If the seeds don’t automatically go into the bag, it’s nothing but a bank storage saver.
Look at the Spirit Gem bag, it had potential to save 6 bank spaces, but due to its storage limit, it is borderline worthless. I would be totally down for allowing the Tool Leprechauns to hold up to 1000 of each seed and sapling though.
Requirements: Partial completion of Extinction. Where Found: Received from the Plantkeeper on Iaia. Item Uses: Used to store seeds for the Plantkeeper during the evacuation of Iaia. Notes: There are 4 types of seeds collected around Iaia before her sister is willing to leave. When collected, the seeds are automatically placed inside the bag.
